Thanks so much for the kind remarks, and yes, I really do like the quinoa rice bread ALOT. It&#039;s a fab wheat-free bread replacement. I&#039;ve already made a second batch! I&#039;m also riffing off on yer recipe (hope that&#039;s OK) and experimenting with a chia seed flour and brown rice bread with no eggs, based in part on your recipe. First batch was pretty good, but I think I&#039;m going to lessen the amount of chia flour I use next time. Will be posting on that experiment soon.
